Welcome to Troop 201 Austin Texas

We are Boy Scout Troop 201 in Austin, Texas. Our scouts live in Steiner Ranch, Riverplace, Grandview Hills, Westminster Glen, Long Canyon, Glenlake, Marshall Ford, 4-Points and the Mansfield Dam area but we are open to any BSA-registered youth that wants to be part of an active and exciting troop. As an outdoor-oriented troop, our scouts enjoy canoeing, climbing, sailing, camping, backpacking, swimming, archery and more, all while learning leadership skills and developing strong character. We also undertake 8 to 10 community service and conservation projects each year.

Troop 201 of Austin, Texas is chartered by St. Luke’s on the Lake Episcopal Church 5600 Ranch Road 620 N, 1.4 miles west of RR-2222 between Comanche Trail and N. Quinlan. Contact Scoutmaster Darren Hoy  t201scoutmaster@gmail.com for more information about Troop 201.

NEWS

Camp Alexander:

Troop 201 survived Camp Alexander. Scouts did merit badge classes, advanced in rank, and were cold the first night. Thank you to the adults who took us to camp and back.

White Water Rafting

Several scouts were able to do the white water rafting camp at Camp Alexander. It was fun!
